Warranty Terms and Conditions for Automatic Hose Reel

The Cellfast automatic hose reel has been manufactured using advanced technologies and materials. It has been subjected to demanding tests that verified its durability and comfort of use in daily tasks. Despite all efforts and strict quality control, errors may occur during the production process. Therefore, we have covered it with a 5-year international limited warranty against manufacturing defects, under the following terms and conditions.

1. This warranty is granted by CELL-FAST Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Stalowa Wola, ul. Grabskiego 31, 37-450 Stalowa Wola (hereinafter referred to as the Guarantor).
2. This warranty applies exclusively to the ENERGO LINE™ automatic hose reel (hereinafter referred to as the Product) and is granted on the condition that the aforementioned Product is registered on the website www.cellfast.com.pl within 30 days of the purchase date shown on the proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
3. This warranty covers exclusively manufacturing defects of the Product related to workmanship or materials.
4. The warranty entitles to a free repair of the purchased Product, consisting in the removal of manufacturing defects that appeared during the warranty period referred to in paragraph 5 below, or to the replacement of the Product with a new one, taking into account the content of paragraph 10 below.
5. The warranty period is 5 years from the date of registration of the Product, in accordance with the conditions described in paragraph 2 above.
6. The granted warranty is valid exclusively within the territory of the European Union.
7. In the event of detecting a manufacturing defect in the Cellfast ENERGO LINE™ automatic hose reel regarding workmanship or materials, claims should be directed in writing directly to the Cellfast complaints department at the following address:

The Product in which the defect was detected must be sent along with the above notification.
8. The written notification referred to in paragraph 7 above should be made within 30 days from the date the defect was detected.
9. The written notification of the Product defect should include:
- contact details of the claimant (first name, last name, address, phone number);
- information on the name and serial number of the Product;
- attached proof of purchase of the Product;
- a description of the detected defect/fault along with an indication of the date of its detection/appearance.
10. The decision to accept the defect notification, as well as the method of compensation, i.e., either repair or replacement of the Product with a new one, belongs to Cellfast.
11. If the defect notification is deemed justified, the Product will be repaired or replaced with a new one within an agreed timeframe.
12. The warranty does not cover damages to the Product resulting from:
- an accident;
- modification of the Product and technical interference by unauthorized persons;
- negligence (for example, lack of proper cleaning of the Product after its use);
- wear and tear resulting from the operation of the Product;
- using the Product contrary to its intended purpose;
- exposure to prolonged effects of external factors, including atmospheric conditions and sunlight, independent of the manufacturer and resulting, for example, from improper storage of the Product, including, among others, changes in the Product's color or the occurrence of rust;
- exposure to high (+ 40 °C) or low (- 30 °C) temperatures;
- improper maintenance of the Product, including the use of acids or solvents as cleaning agents.
13. The warranty does not cover Products that have been subjected to repairs or attempted repairs by persons or service centers unauthorized by Cellfast.
14. The warranty is not valid for Products permanently located in harsh and corrosive environments (e.g., in a marine or industrial climate, in continuous contact with chemicals, ash, cement, or dust, and others).
15. The warranty is void if the Products are used contrary to their intended purpose, unskillfully, negligently, but also when the Products are used for professional or commercial purposes, or when they have been loaned to a third party.
16. The Guarantor is not liable for incidental, indirect, special, and consequential damages, including, among others, damage to or loss of usability of the Product, lost sales, profits or delays, or the inability to fulfill this warranty obligation.
17. The replacement or repair of the Product does not result in the extension of the original warranty period.
18. This warranty is supplementary in nature and does not affect other warranties provided by sellers; it does not limit, suspend, replace, or exclude the warranties vested in the Customer in connection with the law applicable in a given country, nor does it affect the rights arising from the purchase/sale agreement that the Customer has against the seller.
19. Based on the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 1997 No. 133, item 883), the Guarantor informs that providing the personal data mentioned in paragraph 9 of this warranty along with the notification of a Product defect is voluntary, but necessary for the Guarantor to consider and respond to the submitted claims. By providing their data, the Customer consents to its collection and processing by the Guarantor for the purpose of exercising the rights arising from the warranty. The Customer has the right to access the shared, processed personal data and to correct it. At any time, they also have the right to request the cessation of processing personal data, including the right to revoke consent to the processing of personal data, as well as the right to object under the conditions specified by law.
